Jim, the only way to obtain the CD titled "Hero Ships" is to contact a friend with a computer and buy it through him axcessing the History.com site and search above title. I served in the AG on the SS Henry C Wallace, SS Gorge Sterling and later transferred into the Amphibious Forces on the USS Neville under Vice Admiral James Turner Joy's staff in communications preparing for invasion of Japan.Thank God the war ended before we finished our preperations.
