For all:

Does anyone know anyone who was awarded the Russian Ushakov Medal based on the 30 April 2012 decree of the Russian President? There were 190 recipients, but they are on a combined list of veterans from the US, UK, NZ, and Australia. Here's a link to the list: http://www.rus.rusemb.org.uk/press/343 (Sorry, the list is in Cyrillic).

Any help would be appreciated!!!
