Sorry about all the surgery, Al. I've been to the OR twice for back surgery and it hasn't helped a bit. My ophthmalmologist wants to do the cataracts, but I've drawn the line. No more surgery, no more hospital time. The pain brought on by the spinal disorder is tolerable, if restrictive (I don't have a dog, so long walks are out) and I can still see well enough to read, if only with one eye.
