The U.S. Consulate in St. Petersburg organized a variety of activities in Murmansk in honor of the 65th anniversary of the end of the war. Sailors from TAYLOR participated in official meetings and a wreath-laying ceremony, played soccer against a local team, planted trees with children from a Murmansk children's home and conducted tours of the ship for students.
