I have been with the VA for about 10 years and most of the time has been good. After I retired we ( the wife and I ) kept the insurance I had with Sears untill it went to $700,oo amonth for both. Thats when I went to the VA she was not old enough for medi-care so had to get ins. for her. Nowshe is on medi-care still has to have a suplement about $350.00 amonth. All my prescriptions are $8.00 for a 30 day supply. Guess things could be worse and if they pass this health care I think that it will be. Health care and ins. didn't seem to be so high untill gov. started medi-care.
