SS JOHN W BROWN to visit Norfolk

Putting on my other hat...

The Liberty ship SS JOHN W BROWN will make a port visit to Norfolk, Virginia, July 10-13, 2009. I'll be aboard as crew, along with my wife and daughter. See the BROWN's website, http://www.liberty-ship.com for details. Click on the "Port Visit to Norfolk" tab at the top of the homepage.

If any of you are in the area, be sure to visit us. We'll berth right next to the maritime museum, Nauticus, and near battleship USS WISCONSIN, both of which are worth a visit.

Be sure to ask for me. I'll give you one of my excellent guided tours.
