Just had to add something. If we had a "depression" similar to that of the thirties it would, in my opinion, cause turmoil making the sixties look like a cake walk.
As the oldest of seven and born in 1923 going to work in a shoe factory in 1940 for $ 14.00 per week to help the family I doubt that the public could nor would accept it. Another stimulus, and another and another. Who knows, we may be put to the test down the road. Do not like to appear testy but Depression talk is so much nonsence.
