I would be very interested in hearing from anyone who might have served with Adolph S. Oko, Jr in the Merchant Marine during WW II. He served aboard several vessels, including the John Laurence, Mormacwren, James B. Hickok, Cape Johnson (?), Cape Fear, Cape Elizabeth, and George R. Holmes.

I'm writing a book about the S.S. Kefalos, a vessel that was captained by A.S. Oko, Jr. in 1948.
