Well, Roy,
Turducken is a new one on me, never heard of it. Of course I don't get out much. At least not to New Orleans. (Although there was one memorable visit there while I was in college, which had nothing to do with turducken and everything to do with Bourbon Street, the details of which will not be posted here.)
I digress. A Google search for turducken produces 631,000 hits. Who woulda thunk? One of the first hits is from Wikipedia, which gives quite an interesting explanation of turducken; see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turducken.
As for me and my family, we're going with turkey. And stuffing. And mashed potatoes with gravy. And sweet potatoes. And string beans. And dinner rolls. And pumpkin pie. Oh man, can't wait!
