My grandfather, Johnny Lemons, served on a Liberty Ship in WWII. I have started to research the ship he was on, which I believe to be the USS Nathan Townson, but am having some difficulty finding information on it. If anyone has any information on the USS Nathan Townson, or happen to serve with my grandfather please send me an e-mail. My grandfather is having some health issues currently and my grandmother has very limited information.
