I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHAT I DID REMOVE THE THERMOSTAT AND IT DIDN'T WORK THEN I REMOVED THE RADIATOR AND TOOK IT TO GET HAVE IT CLEANED AND AFTER THAT ITS NOT HEATING UP
