Porsche 944 problems

I'm having some problems with my car and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it. I can't seem to get the turning signals to work, ive replaced the fuses and looked at the relays and nothing has changed. Also, one of the radiator fans won't switch on when it's supposed to and because of that my car has a tendency to overheat. Also, when I fill up the radiator with antifreeze, it likes to dump all the antifreeze. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? Thanks in advance.
