I have a '87 924S that is my 24/7 car...it goes any where in the snow. But I've got 195-50-15 Nokia Hakapalida's on all 4 corners. Only pure ice (rain turned to ice, then snow) gets my goat at all. So with the right tires and a set of winter rims you should be "golden".
