Posted by Eric It is not very hard to do but is time consuming. you need to drop the exhaust and heat shields. You also need to disconnect the trans links and move the transmission back... maybe even drop it down to give you room to back the torque tube out of the bell housing. Then reverse that and put the new one back in. Go onto www.924.org and go to the 931 board and parts for sale/wanted and see if you can get a decent tube. Also talk to other 931 owners to make sure you are on the right track before you start. Eric

You mean the torque tube? The tube that the drive shaft is suspended in?
