The car has not run for a few years because it
will not start. We can get it to run, sometimes,
by pushing on the air flow sensor plate to
give it more gas. This lever is free and does not
stick. It will move without assistance while
cranking.
The system pressure is correct, and the
control pressure probably is too. The compression
is ok. We have installed new injectors, fuel
filter, spark plug wires, and starter. It is
getting fuel and spark. Not all of the vacuum
hoses are installed, but does that matter? I
don't think that there are any air leaks past
the airflow sensor (disconnected ports are
all sealed).
What else can I do?
