Please help me find a Civil War picture

Hello,

My mother sold this picture on E-bay in 2005 to a man named Matt from Kentucky. She did not think it was that big a deal and unfortunately she did not ask me first. I would really like to get this picture back, or at the least get a nice copy of it.

All I have is the copy of the e-bay picture and it is not such a great pic. Hopefully someone on the board will be able to help me on my quest to reunite this pic with rest of my family heirlooms.
