In our family passdowns, I have a Soldiers Handbook which has a last will and testament of John L. Rice. I have done some research but cannot locate an ancestor. He would have been in WWI and registered in CT. I also have a lot of duplicate pictures and programs from their homecoming which I would love to give to his family. They have been treasured by my family for all these years, but I belive some of these should be "home".
