Hello Kat,
My general feeling from handling thousands of these cabinet cards is that it is from the UK. Are there any other markings whatsoever? I have a new article, just written at link below and just up. The term Cabinet was used in UK and Canada and US.
Just the dark green color and thick gold gilt seems European to me, or at least similar to those here at Ancestorville that are UK related.
