I have and am presently sorting through a pile of Brodhead family photos from Pike Co. Pa. The family in that area was huge. The Brodheads and the Shepherds united with the marriage of Emma Shepherd to Hugh Brodhead. Hugh was one of several boys and Emma had two brothers. Together, Emma and Hugh had 4 boys. Where are all the male heirs of this family? Why did this pile end up at auction?
