i was wondering if someone could tell me . i have a 15 yr. old amazon parrot and he has yet to say a word ive had him a year ok and the only noise he makes is barking like a dog (that the previus owner) had and he squeal so bad. i was wonderin of anybody could give me some tips on how to help this bird talk and stop that squeal.. thank you so much
