Female birds can lay egg, and is not ucommon regardless a mate. Theese eggs are then not fertilized. This is quite normal, but be aware of constant egg laying is again called a disesea, and might be fatal. I've heard, but cannot confirm this tip, you should gather more info, it's good to leave the eggs in cage until the birds loose interest in it and therefore when removed it will not think of laying more. But again! Gather more information around this topic, AND indeed if this occured for the first time in 19 yrs, consult a vet, just in case. Hope this helps.
