My african grey has quite recently started plucking from just one side of the her feathers. So now she has feathers on just one side of some of her feather bones. (hope you can understand what I mean). We spend alot of time with her and she is out of the cage lots, she's got plenty toys too. Is there anything I can do to help prevent this and with the feather adventurely grow back. She seems to be a very happy bird in general, she just keeps running her beak down one side of her feathers.
