I have sold a yellow naped amazon to an individual that has avoided me for a year and a half. wont respond to any of my attempts to collect payment. i have decided to take the matter to civil court. i need to know what a fair price is for a bird that is 7 years old, very talkative, friendly, loves to entertain, this bird is so well behaved it never stayed in a cage, "she" was on the play-top 24 hours a day. i would rather not settle things this way, but he has given me no other options. please, i can't go into court empty handed.
