Sounds GREAT! I cannot be "strict" enough on no pressure! All signs of being afraid, STOP, and leave him. When he is more out, he might fly around and sit somewhere you don't want him, if he flies away from you when trying pick him up, DO NOT CHASE HIM FURTHER! He is very afraid then, and must not be forced. I will be at this forum from time to time, but you might ask me about concrete things in my E-mail :) The first years parrot/man relationship is very important. And again: Unwanted behaviour, IGNORE :) It's not like a dog, feeling sorry for doing something stupid, it gets afraid for you or think you are real funny :) I am from Norway, had birds since -99, and been active on many sites. Feel free to mail me :)
: : So far so good. Brody is allowing me
: to touch her feet without biting,
: moving away, or otherwise showing
: signs of being upset. She will even
: reach out as if to attempt to touch
: or grab onto my hand or fingers with
: hers. Brody is really talking up a
: storm as well and trying to imitate
: much of what we say. We all seem to
: be getting along quite well. I so

: have had many questions.

: a little "keep in mind"
: with
: training: If the bird is scared of
: hands the "training
: pressure" should be taken away
: from hands, eg touching etc. A
: whistle or talking may be rewarded,
: doing something special with an

: you eat something he can eat, SHARE.
