a little "keep in mind" with training: If the bird is scared of hands the "training pressure" should be taken away from hands, eg touching etc. A whistle or talking may be rewarded, doing something special with an object etc. The positive connection between treat and hand is fortunate. Keep in mind that that I wrote is part of numerous pages, and is not complete. The most important in bonding is NO PRESSURE AT ALL, and if you eat something he can eat, SHARE. They sosialize through sharing food :)
