You have to take him to the vet!!! And NEVER clip one wing, preferable not anyone. Clipping one wing causes unbalance when trying to fly, each amount of feathers on each wing. Hope your Grey has survived when i am writing this. But he must to a vet knowing birds, most likely he can have a fracture on his chest bone in addition to a bleeding wound that might be infected!
