Posted by Dave Johnson-Commodore A question often asked is: "Can one really to learn to sail when taking a two day class?". I have always answered "YES, one can". ASC's sailing class expanded in 2005 to include an additional evening pool session and next year (2006) may include an additional afternoon session at the lake, prior to any time on the water, wherein teaching how to rig up the boat will be covered. I invite all former class members to comment on their experience, so that future class members may get a feel of what is involved in learning how to sail.
