Greetings!
I am one of the new participants in the ongoing sailing class. I may have met some of you last weekend during the club area clean up. In any event, I was able to pry away a day this weekend and would like to crew during the Ice Breaker Regatta. Unfortunately I’m only free on Sunday, 25 May. I’m most interested in assisting on a larger boat but will be thankful for the experience on anything. In terms of my qualifications as ballast, I’m 150 pounds, 45 years old and in pretty good health. I’ve crewed on lasers many years ago so please consider my experience level as absolute rookie.
Sorry for the short notice - if anyone can use an extra hand during the race please let me know what time on Sunday to arrive. Thanks in advance.
