Posted by Rich Diltz It is probably possible, if you know hose repair, but is it worth it? I don't know how much money you'd save after buying parts and stuff, and think...you could spend the time marketing your business instead and probably see a better payoff. Most pro's I've seen SWEAR by the quick connect system. I would reccomend biting the bullet and getting the real deal.

I know they are expensive, and prices have gone up in the last few years.
