I can't speak for all products containing alcohol but my AGPC was designed for facial application. When applied right it is quite safe, Ethanol being the preferred type of alcohol for this purpose. Ethanol offere less sensitization than Isopropyl although Isopropyl is the fastest evaporating alcohol available.
As I make it AGPC is waterproof but can be removed with soap. It can be made more durable by adding Silicolor - to where even soap can't remove it. Then it becomes more of a temp tattoo product.
You can increase the durability or your Aquacolor by using Silicolor instead of water. Just be sure to dedicate that tub of make up to use with Silicolor or remove it to a separate palette. You can do this with any cake type make up or RMG. Not sure about creams. I know it works with Paradise but not sure about snaz.
