Then you need to know how many hours you will have to spray. Is it even close to being feasible??? You have to decide. Thats kind of a high rent. If you have the right tats for the job, you may be able to up your prices a little if needed to make the numbers work. Its a gamble but it could pay off well.
Its sounds like it has a lot of potential. The biggest challenge you face is exploring the unknown. You dont want to get burnt with a $1k bill and only make $800 the entire weekend. It really depends on how flexible the outfit is. If you could work something out were payment is due at the end of the event or at least at the end of each night. Maybe 300, 300, 400...You need a safety net. I have made agreements with events before that the weekend rent is not to exceed my total revenue and meet a certain percentage. You have to make it beneficial for them as well though. Thats were its a little tuff. I promised an additional % for anything over an agreed upon number if I did well.
