First of all Where are Vendor Booths. If they are off in the corner. That is BAD. I paid 450.00 for 2 days and 100,000 people. But a LOT of vendors. I was the only Tattoo person. There were Indians doing Henna and they had very few customers. Look at all facts to help you decide
Break it down to how many TATS you have to do to break even, How many per hour etc.
