yes, product recommendations. i understand your response . . . however, lately i have noticed stenciled designs on kids which do not smear, and seem to be waterproof (swim proof!) - wearing off in time like a temporary tattoo. toxicity IS a concern, that is why i am curious what others are using to achieve the above result.
