I'm getting ready to open a kiosk in Southern California. While applying for the City License in addition to my DBA, The city official asked if this kind of product is regulated by the State? Hmm? How do I know? I have no clue. So now they are holding my application in the planning department until the supervisor comes in to get this answered. Does anyone know if airbrushed tattoos or its products(inks I guess) are state regulated, or at least in California??
