Posted by SusieJ My main concern is the fact that there is so much time when the balloons are out on their chase and there are no people there as a consequence. What do you think?

I have the opportunity to tattoos at an upcoming balloon festival. It is only a small one, with say 40 balloons. Has anyone had any experience with this venue?
