Sirell, I sent you a copy of a simple contract I use. Make sure you write into the contract important things like...parking (so you don't have to walk a mile...lol), if they want to extend the time..how much per each additional 1/2hr. or 1 hr. If you want them to provide a table, chairs, shade, lighting, power etc. Also, I tend to use the word aggreement for private events.. the word "contract" seems to disturb some..lol Also make sure you let them know how you wish to be paid. I tend to tell them cash at the end of the time I'm there...that way they are more likely to give you a tip. If you take a deposit, try to get it a few weeks prior so it clears.
