Posted by Kathy on 7/11/2005, 9:05 am Here's what they used, per AAT's instruction: Here's the MSDS sheet on the product: Me…. I'm off to write a letter to Elmer's and notify them I don't think either one will be very happy. Spray safe,
I went to a waterpark campground (Nationally known for their focus
on kids, nudge, nudge…wink ,wink.) for a weekend holiday with my
family. I saw there was an airbrush tattoo booth, so we went down to
check them out. (Love to see the competition in action. )
I watched in horror as they sprayed "Elmer's Craft Bond
Acid-Free
Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive" to the backs of the stencils and
pressed them onto the skin of hundreds of kids. I immediately went
to the manager and talked to her about the liability and danger of
using this product for skin application. She told me that the
company that supplied their company with the tattoo system was none
other then Australian Airbrush Tattoos.
There is now one pissed-off redhead in the Midwest.
Please look around and see if the major water parks in your area are
using this system and talking the advice of AAT to use a product NOT
designed for skin application.

that AAT
is recommending their product for use on skin. Furthermore I'm
informing the campground company's executives of AAT's lack
of
concern for their liability and general public safety.
