Hello everyone, I would like to share with you the experience that I had with ABA today. First let me explain that I place an order over a week ago and ask for a tracking number be email to me when ship. I never got an email so I call them and was told the order hasn't been ship yet and they will email me the tracking number. Still nothing. So I post this message on their forum 'OK, I put a message in the comment box when placing my order 'Please email me the tracking number'. Guess what? No email! So I call ABA and was told that they will email the tracking number to me. Again NO EMAIL!!!. Why do I get a comfirmation email after placing the order but don't email with tracking number. What's the big deal about NOT emailing tracking numbers to your customers? We (customers) shouldn't have to make unnecessary costly phone calls.' The post was remove and I was banned from their forum. Nice customer service don't you think. Not only have they lost a customer I will post this on every airbrush forum that I can find.
