waterbased paint and hand painting

Hi all First I want to say...Stephanie..get better! And of course hello to neil! I am wondering if anyone has ever used the water based a/b paint and then used hand painting over it. If so...any advice??? I have always just used one or the other and would like to do both for a photo shoot this weekend due to time constraints. Thanks!
