The Badger paint is fine,you are just experiancing tip dry.This is a problem we all have.Remember to use the air for a second after spraying to blow off any remaning paint(air, spray, air).Keep a heavy duty tooth brush handy to clean the airbrush tip every so often to remove dried paint.You can find these at auto supply stores Neil www.getpainted.com Painting America one day at a time
