When using Reel creations inks there is no need for talc! They are not sticky like many other of the tattoo inks. The sealer is a water based product that is sprayed lightly over the tat to make them last longer. The trick is not to saturate it, but to spray a few light sprays. I use it for layering the colors as to not let the underlying ink color to "bleed" through when body painting.
