sealer/talc

hi ive been doing tattoos for a year now and now i m a getting the reel creations sealer. I was wondering if now there is no need for the talc. should i cross off the talcing part on my after care cards. Also i was wondering if any of you have had trouble with your inks settling over winter and clumping up. I have alcohol based inks. Thanks Rocky
