I am a licensed hair dresser and have to say I have used this product personally. It is meant to be used periodically around the hairline to remove hair color staining. If you use this on skin and rub too hard I have seen it actually burn a bit and I have seen it irritate the skin. When I used it I immediately needed to rinse with cool water, or use a wet towel, right after words.
I am curious about this pallette chager/ paint set though. Neil roth has an awesome setup that will practically last forever with proper maintenance. Also, steph has a great set up too. The cost to purchase brushes may be a bit overwhelming. I started with 6 and learned to mix colors for desired effects, now Im up to 13 and will be adding more this summer to add stephs body paints.
Hope this helps
