I have a pair of african greys that were given to me and they laid eggs right away. One of the babies was found dead in its shell their was a small holle in the egg. the baby was perfectly formed and the blood had been drawn in but the yolk sac was still outside. She laid 3 eggs one every fourth day. The other two are heavy but I am wondering when the next one should hatch so I can keep an eye for problems. I talked to a friend who said it sounded like since this was their first clutch that mom might have gotten anxious on hearing the baby peeping and tried to help it out of its shell when it was actually to soon. I would appreciate anyones knowledge on this . Thanks
