Get in shape while improving self-confidence!
Martial Arts training is a cardiovascular exercise, therefore it will improve strength, speed and endurance. Flexibility is increased gradually through a natural progression of techniques as well as core strength and balance.
The style of martial arts I teach,Tang Soo Do, involves a whole body workout which means your body’s conditioning develops in a well balanced manner all the while incorporating traditional self-defense techniques.
I am a 3rd degree black belt and certified instructor with the Mi Guk Kwan Federation. I offer group classes for all ages from pre-k to Adults and available for private instruction as well.
