2 roommates:
Looking for 2 roommates to share newly renovated house in a very quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood in Westport (Green’s Farms area). Room #1 rent for $750 (156 sq ft / 12’x13’). Room #2 rent for $900 (264 sq ft / has two adjoining rooms 12’x12’ + 12’x10). The 2 roommates would share one large private full bathroom. Kitchen with dishwasher would be shared. There's a finished basement which can be used as a family room. There is a washer/dryer. Central AC. Lots of space and sun light!!! Walking distant to Sherwood Island beach (0.5 miles) and very close to both Westport train stations (1.5 and 3 miles) and I-95 (0.5 miles - exit 18). Utilities are not included.

OR

1 roommate (or GREAT FOR A COUPLE!):
You would have all 3 spacious rooms + a private bathroom + private family room. Eat in kitchen would be shared. There's another room with washer/dryer (shared). Lots of space and sun light!!! $1,550 rent + utilities.
