I'll be there at the same time as you both. From what I've been told it should be quite nice for the next month to six weeks, but from then Flagstaff gets snowy. Projects will usually be OK through the day though there will be some very cold days as well, nights tend to vary from cold to extremely cold. Bring layers and you should be fine.
I can't wait to get there next week
