Hey, is there any one who's gonna be volunteering in October 24th? I know im arriving late and people will have all ready started. I'm just wondering if i'm gonna be the only new one there at that time 
. I'm flying from Ireland to London then from London to Phoenix on 23rd October, which i need to do if i wanna get there before 5pm on 24th to get ma lift to Flagstaff 
Also, any ideas what the climate is gonna be like then?? Sun tan & Shorts or Thermols & gloves? lol
