Hey there,
The first idea: how about some information (calculation) about finances? E.G. how much money you need to plan as a minimum. I remember seeing posts every now and again on the message board asking about a fair calculation.
The second thing: maybe some staff profiles (at least for longterm staff) with pictures?
The third: A list of gear that you should bring or plan on buying.
The forth: maybe information on language skills that people should have (for example an extract of safety rules that people should be able to understand)
Last: a map of Flagstaff with the Ace office etc. Like the one from the introduction meeting. Would be good to have it before hand if people come with Greyhound at night...
