I was on that project with Mat last year. It's awesome. Try and talk Mat into driving to Denver and go to the water park on some of the off days.
Why would your stuff not be in Uni house? Or, why would Uni house not be ACE accomodation? It's where I stayed last year and loved it there so hope it's still there when I get back
